Francisco Louzada is a Professor of Statistics at the University of São Paulo (USP), and Director of Transfer of Technology of the Center for Mathematical Sciences Applied to Industry (CeMEAI) please see https://cemeai.icmc.usp.br. He obtained his Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Oxford. His main interests are data science, risk analysis, and statistical inference and its applications.
