Marcos M. Raimundo is a professor at the Institute of Computing at the
University of Campinas (UNICAMP). He coordinates AI for Finance
research line in the Hub of Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive
Architectures. He earned his bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. degrees
in Computer Engineering from the State University of Campinas in 2011,
2014, and 2018, respectively. He completed his postdoctoral work at
the School of Applied Mathematics at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation
from 2019 to 2021. He served as an Adjunct Professor at the
Polytechnic School of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro from
2021 to 2022. His research interests include machine learning,
interpretable and fair artificial intelligence, multi-objective
optimization, and mathematical programming.
