Reinaldo A. C. Bianchi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo (1994), a Masters in Electrical Engineering and PhD in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (1998, 2004). He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute for Research in Artificial Intelligence, IIIA-CSIC, Barcelona, Catalunya, Spain. He is currently Full Professor at FEI University Center in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, Brazil.
